Wonderful News, pools could be allowed to re-open from 12/4/2021.
However, Boris did emphasise that the government's plan for England is a cautious, phased approach and he made it clear that the progression of this plan will be dictated by the success of each phase against four tests.
Hopefully I will soon be able to give you an opening date, fingers crossed.
