Returning instructions

Thank you again for your patience, It’s heart warming to be told how the children have missed us and are eager to return.  We love what we do.  We’ve truly missed seeing you all. 

We are a small business that has had to remain closed for over a year. We are working really hard behind the scenes to ensure when we do re open that we can remain open! This week & next we are busy staff training & sat at the computer organising & planning. 

Thank you to everyone who has emailed requesting to return to lessons.  I will be contacting you over the next few days.
💥Please note...You must contact us to book a lesson 💥 We have had to reduce class sizes and stagger lesson times to ensure adequate space in the pool /changing rooms.  If we are unable to offer you a place we will add you the waiting list and should a suitable time come available I will be in touch.

Due to the current government restrictions in place and to comply with social distancing when we re open there will be a lot of changes in place.  Some of the changes in place are listed below, I will email all those who are booked into a lesson the relevant information and send a registration form which will need to be completed prior to lessons resuming. 

Only 1 parent/ guardian will be permitted to attend, we can only seat 8 adults on the poolside.
Children over 8years parents are to wait in the car.
We kindly ask that other siblings do not attend unless absolutely necessary such as babies who can be kept close. 
A 1 way system will be in place entering via viewing gallery exit main door.
Children are to arrive beach ready wearing costumes under clothing with hats/Googles on & disrobe on the poolside. 
Showers will not be in use. 
Lessons will be 25minutes to allow for changing & transition
Face covering must be worn whilst inside the building at all times by adults and children age 11yrs+ (Secondary School)
You will be required to maintain social distancing at all times.
We have a stop/go system at entry you will be required to remain in your car until the instructor opens the door. 
Everyone will be required to hand sanitise before entry. 
Please arrive as close to your lesson time as possible.

Thank you to all those who have made new enquiries to join WWSS.  Our main focus will be aiming to re start children who swam with us in 2020.  We will add you to the waiting list and when we have space we shall be in touch!

We really do appreciate your continued support, we never thought we’d be faced with something like this,  we certainly have faced challenging times.  We are looking forward to re opening and with your help we will be able to achieve this safely 🥰
